WaveStudio is operated by Waving Knowledge. This page describes what the
service stores and why.
What we store
Your account — email address, and a password hash if you set one.
Your studio — its name, the brands you produce for, and the network
accounts you connect to each.
Credentials you connect — the access tokens for the accounts you
publish through. They are stored so the publisher can use them, and are
deleted with the account they belong to.
What you produce — episodes, their scripts, their pictures and the
record of where and when each was published.
Comments and messages collected from the accounts you connect, so
they can be answered from one place.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, and we do not use one studio’s content to produce
another’s. Studios are separated in the database itself, not only in the
application.
Deletion
Deleting your account removes it, your studio, your brands, your connected
credentials and your episodes. The audit record of administrative actions
is kept, without the account it referred to.
